Freight Policy

Remanufactured engines or parts are sent "COLLECT" to the customer by his specified means and core returns are accepted "PREPAID" only. The re manufacturer reserves the right to refuse any shipments returned on a "NON PREPAYMENT" basis. Exceptions made on defective remanufactured engines at the discretion of the warranty department.

New Goods Returned

Permission to return must be given by manufacturer before shipment is made. For items returned after 30 days from purchase date, a deduction of 10% will apply. All new parts returned to plant must be returned prepaid only.

Guaranteed Core Charge

The Guaranteed Core Charge applies if the following conditions are met: The engine returned is actually the engine removed from the vehicle. Is the same year and model as the engine supplied. Is not missing and parts as supplied with the replacement engine, and is fully assembled, including engine skid. The block and/or heads have not been damaged by freezing or are not visibly cracked or broken when inspected outside frame.

Engines returned which do not meet these conditions will be devalued accordingly.
